As the college football season kicked off this past weekend, so began the perennial trash-talk, tailgating and competition for the craziest fan base out there. In Alabama, being a fan of one (of two) major university often shapes your friend group, who you watch games with and how you celebrate your wedding day. While we at RedKnot HQ may lean heavily one way (the right way, I might add) in regards to who we pull for when it comes collegiate sports, we realize that universal inclusiveness is the key to running business and doing it well.
If you’ve been in business for any length of time, you’ve undoubtedly heard the never-ending debate on project management methodologies and which is the best when it comes to team communication and execution on your project. At the end of the day, however, a lot of it can sound like two bickering Muppets, leaving your head spinning and ultimately wasting more time. (Warning: that compilation is 38 minutes long, so either watch it on lunch or pretend to be replying to that email chain you’ve been avoiding.)
The beauty of the RedKnot process is that we utilize a methodology-agnostic approach to each client’s needs and goals to ensure cohesion. Instead of forcing you to “see it our way”, we meet you where you are so we can help you get where you’re going.
Making a big decision when it comes to consulting can be scary, we get it. Instead of throwing out your entire playbook, go with what you know. Let us be the Offensive Coordinator to your QB and come home smelling like a winner.
